Scratched Eye Experience

Early this morning when the girls woke up from bed they were having a good time together and so I decided to put them together in Peatan's crib to play. Then I decided to join them and we started to play Peekaboo and Reeghan got a little too excited and poked Paetan in the eye.

After a couple of minutes I noticed Paetan was sensitive to the sunlight and her eyes would start to water and she just kept crying for me. This lasted all morning and then I felt that I needed her to see the doctor. So we called and they fit us in and the doctor but a dye into her eye (in was some sort of orange liquid) and found a scratch in the middle of her eyeball. She gave her ointment and a patch to wear and said it should heal in about 24 hours. I was actually suprised that Paetan kept it on her eye all day and I even changed it 3 times.
