Real Estate License

I have made a decision get my California Real Estate License. I registerd for my Principles course and I will finish that July 7th and I am already set up to take the Final Exam on July 15th down in San Diego.

The reason why I made up my mind to do something like this is because number one Trent wanted me to and number two is because I wanted to learn something new this year and I figured I could at least sell one home a year and that commission could be my play money.

So I will keep you up to date about my progress.
