Anniversary Getaway

Trent suprised me for our 6th anniversary and took me up to Costa Mesa and we stayed up there at the Hilton and it was across the street from my favorite mall, The South Coast Plaza. It is a real upity mall but its got all the stores that I love to go browse in so that is what we did and then went to dinner at Claim Jumper and stuffed ourselves and then headed off to a night at Disneyland and we went on the Soaring over California ride and then hit up Pirates and the Indiana Jones ride and then watched fireworks. By that time we were both tired so we left.

The next morning we made arrangements to go to the Newport Beach Temple. Wow! Its so beautiful and small. I liked it alot because it seemed a little bit more intimate with only so few people inside the building compared to the San Diego Temple which is huge and you tend to get lost inside.

It was a great day to be reminded of the promises Trent and I made at our temple marriage and how blessed we are to members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Afterwards we went suit shopping for Trent this is the 2nd suit he has bought since we had been married and he is overdue for one. So it looks so good on him and best of all we got it for a great price along with 2 pairs of shoes that cost us only $64 compared to $250! Even better!
