Trent has opened up an office space in Provo, Utah. His new company will do sub prime loans and will market to those individuals who are behind on payments and he will come in and be able to give them a chance.

So our plan is to build our home here in California and he will still continue to work with construction loans but at the same time work on loans in Utah. He will have a full-time loan processor/office manager in Provo and will occasionally make trips to Provo.

In about a year from now we want to build a home somewhere in South Salt Lake or Alpine and be able to live in Utah as well as California. I am really excited about this plan because I really enjoy California but at the same time I want to be back with my family so this plan will help acccomplish that.
