We had quite the airplane trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. We began our trip in San Diego on Tuesday night the 2nd at 8:00 and flew to Las Vegas then our plane left there at 10:45pm. We were on our way to Boston and it was a 4hour flight so we thought we could get some sleep but we were wrong it was so uncomfortable I think Trent and I slept a total of 1.5 hours on that flight. We arrived in Boston just in time to catch our 8am flight on Wednesday morning the 3rd to San Juan. While I went to the bathroom Trent we ahead and payed for an upgrade to first class so that we could be comfortable on our 3hour flight to Puerto Rico. Thats was well worth the money. We were able to get some sleep and had good food and watched the movie "Flicka" That movie has Tim McGraw in it and its so motivating to see.

We got to San Juan around 12:30 pm and the views from the plane were spectacular! I would have to say it looked better then flying into Hawaii! We touched down and you could see iguana's on the runways! We got our car and check in time for our hotel wasn't until 3pm so we had time to kill so we stopped at a shopping center and did a little shopping and noticed that they had a movie theatre. We hadn't seen "The Pursuit of Happyness" so we watched it together and that movie really touched me in a way that movies hadn't before. It was about determination and a strong mind to conquer lifes ups and downs and how having a good postive attitude can really change things around.

We got to our hotel and it was so beautiful! The word beautiful really dosen't do it justice until you see it for yourselves. We stayed at the Westin Rio Del Mar Resort. So many ammenities and its really upscale. Great food, great pools, great spa, great beach, great rooms, etc. We couldn't ask for anything more.
