Time Out for Women was held in Riverside, CA this year and for those of you who don't know what that is it is a time for women in my church to get together and talk about what we as women contribute to the world and what changes or advice we need to progress in our life here on earth. Its a motivational time with speakers and musical performances that touch our hearts and our minds to become better daughters, mothers, wives and just great and noble women.

I was able to get together some of my family members along with other friends to go to it. Kelly (mother-in-law), Hope, Erynne, Amy, Susan (all sisters-in-law), Laura and Demeree (Susan's sister and friend). This one was different then other ones I have been to in that we had a Friday night as well as Saturday. So we thought it would be fun to get a hotel room for the night and just play for 2 days and get spiritually connected.

The conference was well worth my time away from my family and I have felt like I have become a new women and feel even closer to my Father in Heaven. I also feel like I had a spiritual awakening! I have been so caught up in worldly things that I didn't make time for my spritual growth and progression. So this time away made me really reflect on my life and where I am going and what season of life I am in.

I am really enjoying my life right now and I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world and I want to be sure I live it in such a way that I can say that I made a difference in my children's life or someone else I come in contact with.
