MICHAEL BUBLE

Okay so the ladies who didn't come with me I must tell you that you missed out! I am telling you that man has the moves that just make you smile! Plus he is so entertaining to see and has a great sense of humor.

I went with my concert going buddy and great friend, Kristie Arnold and we had a blast and just laughed like little girls! We started the day with shopping at UTC mall in LaJolla because that mall has PB and PBK stores (PotteryBarn just in case you didn't know) Then our last stop was at Baby Gap and found the clearance section and BOY did we find cute stuff for the baby. Plus I only spent $50.

Then the highlight of our evening was when we went to Sammy's for dinner and we were waiting for our table outside and Kristie was facing the door and all the sudden she says, "What! look at those guys!" Of course I wasn't going to turn around but she continues to tell me that one of them went around kissing the others on the lips! Okay I knew that I really didn't want to turn around then.

So our name was called to go inside and guess who has the center of the room with about 10 tables pushed together to create a large group of about 50! Your right, its those same guys! Then we got the privelage of sitting right next to them because they were in the center of the resturant. So not only were they in the middle but they had center stage for the whole resturant to see. As we are looking at what to order all the sudden we hear, "Suprise!" and just got startled. The group of gay guys were suprising only one man! What a great group of friends he has! Then that man went around to every single man and kissed him on the lips! Wow!

The funny thing about this whole thing was that these men were not the typical type of gay man that you would find. They were all about 250lb or more and all had buzzed hair and I swear each of them had an earring of some sort somewhere. Very interesting dinner mealtime for us!

Afterwards we headed for our fun filled evening and missed the opening act because we didn't realize what time it was at dinner and then we found out our waitress was taking her sweet time. So the ladies we sat next too in the concert told us that we had missed out on a acapella group named, "Naturally Seven." I am curious now and so I think I will have to look them up. We were only in our seats like 5 minutes and then he came out! I was shocked that he didn't have a better entrance but who cares the curtain pulled up and their he was ready to sing.

His stage was amazing it was slanted so that he could do his famous slide with his fancy shoes. His jazz band had 9 members and had 4 others on the drum, electric guitar, purcussion and piano. I loved that he introduced each one of them. You don't get to see that very often at some concerts. You could tell that he enjoys being around them and I guess you have to when you have to be with them all the time.
