2423 Primrose Ave

We bought our lot in Vista in October 2002. We began the building process in July 2003. It was quite the process and we learned alot. We are so happy to be able to live in this house. It fits us more than we need but its a place to call home. We have a private driveway along with 4 other homes and our neighbors are wonderful we couldn't complain. Our yard is beautiful the sad thing is is that Reeghan really has no outside toys to play with to be in the back yard. The size is perfect with a pathway around the home. I enjoy the vaulted ceilings and the bonus room. We have had our share of "renters" We moved into the home right before Christmas 2003 and so did Travis, Hope and Kai. They lived in the bonus room until March 2004. Then my brother moved in, David, in April-August 2004 while he go started with a new job to relocate him and his wife to California. Finally our last "renter" was Abraham, Trent's former mission companion, who came January-August 2005. So for that time we only lived in our home alone for about 4 months total. On the other hand we have seen the blessings come to us because of it. In our next home we have put a guest house in the front part of the house. So we will see if it will be "rented" out to someone but it probably won't because we will actually have a place for them o stay privately.
