Valentine's Day

The girls and I gave Trent a card this morning and then we made lunch for him. We met at a park by our new house and played and ate lunch. It was nice to just be outside and have no distractions. Then we had to go to his dad's office to make some decisions on baseboards and ended up staying for an hour chating.

That night I made leftover dinner by candlelight and used our special dinnerware. It was nice to just be Trent and I for a couple of minutes until the girls had to inturupt us but it was ok because we wanted to be with them for Valentine's Day. Trent bought us girls some chocolates and he rang the doorbell to deliver them to us. I really think Valentine's Day is overrated. However it was a nice comfortable evening at home.
