I am hoping that with all that has been going on that this will be the last thing. Trent had been achy all day and even at my reunion and then as we were cleaning up I started to feel the beginnings of it. During the night Trent was a hot toaster he was burning up and when I woke up I was! You got to be kidding! I felt awful and was beginning to start to think about my children and who I would farm them out to today.
Poor Trent didn't even get his Father's Day breakfast in bed! I did however buy him the movie "Forever Strong" and a snickers carmel apple. The girls drew him a picture too. Trent then started to feel a little better and told me that he would take the children to church. Leslie had to speak in her ward so we drove out to her house and Easton and I stayed. During the opening prayer Conner (Leslie's son) had a seizure so they up and left and Leslie got out of her talk.
What an eventful day for all of us. I am ready to start this new week renewed and rejuventated because we have Trent's family reunion this week in ST George. Wish me luck!
Well Trent and I got a nasty dose of what we believe was Swine Flu and it just so happened to be the morning we left to drive down to St George area for Trent's family reunion. We were going to spend a day or two with Klint and Rachael first then head up to Zion National Park to meet up with them for the weekend.
Once we got to Rachael's we were beat and thank goodness for her because we stayed at her home for 3 days and Trent and I just layed around the whole time! It was awful! Rachael had to be the mother of my children as well as take care of us. I've never been so yucky feeling ever I would have given birth to a child over this for a constant 3 days straight. The only way I would feel a little better was to go outside and lay on a blanket in the sun. It was truly just horrible!
