Bachelorette Party

This weekend my J-1 roomates threw me a bridal shower at their new house which now they have 13 girls living in! It was a very fun evening and it wasn't too scandelist. Afterwards we headed up to Teresa's grandparents cabin in Yellowstone We had a good time as always and talked about boys and where are lives are going to take us.

We went into Yellowstone and I saw hot pots, buffalo, and of course Old Faithful. Thats is a pretty remarkable place and to see God's creations in that part of the world was just breathtaking. That night we made hobo dinners and sat around the fire and talked and then it was study time for about 2 hours. I read more about the temple and what I am going to be going through. I am so anxious to enter the Lord's house.

Sunday was Leah's birthday so I made breakfast for the girls. Then we went to church and learned about becoming better missionaries. After we started our journey back to Logan we stopped off at Mesa Falls which is a waterfall off the side of the road.

That night there was a fireside and Pres Hinckley spoke and I have just been on a spiritual high and preparing myself to recieve more blessings and I just started to cry. I love our prophet and he is inspired of God to lead us and I feel very connected to him. I am grateful that I have someone to follow. He stressed the importance of being more positive and to not critize others. All I need to do is just realize that I can do some good on this earth and I need to look for the good and build upon it.
